“My role as RF Sales Lead at Rayfast will enable me to support our customers with their requirements for Radio Frequency products. We have a comprehensive portfolio with products from Huber & Suhner, Carlisle IT, TE Connectivity, Amokabel, PIC Wire & Cable and others.

With a focus on harsh environments, and demanding markets such as Aerospace, Defence and Rail, we have products that both meet and exceed the specification required for use in critical applications. We also go beyond Cables and Connectors and can help put together systems including RF over Fibre, GPS over Fibre through to Lightning Protection and Antennas.

Having recently worked in EMC testing and prior to that in technical sales roles providing solutions for radio systems working in UHF and VHF frequency bands; I also received a good grounding in RF with Airtech designing antenna combining systems and filters for use with the Blue light services and working with Motorola on a major installation in Saudi Arabia. Along the way I have designed and installed RF cable systems with GPS integration into a military communication proving centre with more than 12 km of cable and with connections to Fibre. 

More recently working on GPS and GSM harness systems used for vehicle tracking for OEM installation by an Italian supercar manufacturer and a British luxury car builder. Project work is where I am able to provide additional services, gaining knowledge after working on communication systems for bus and coach applications and Military messaging systems giving access to both a UK network and a fully portable and air transportable system for remote use.”
